Loan Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, analyzing credit reports, and conducting interviews to assess applicants’ creditworthiness. Additionally, you will assist with low-level collection calls as needed.
This position is ideal for individuals who are personable, excellent communicators, and thrive in a team environment. While prior lending experience and knowledge of motor vehicles are a plus, we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.
Collection Specialist
We are seeking a motivated Collections Specialist to manage past-due auto finance accounts and help customers find solutions to stay on track. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can balance firm decision-making with excellent customer service, manage and follow up on assigned past-due auto finance accounts and ensure all accounts are handled according to company policies and compliance standards.
